More than 30 years ago, Woody Mills and Yolanda Mills-Mawman collaborated with Grace Meyer (Woody’s mother) to introduce the original Woody’s Bar-B-Q concept in Jacksonville, Florida. With Woody dedicated to smoking meats for hours and Yolanda excelling in sales and customer service, they developed recipes from scratch, ensuring top-notch food quality and a welcoming environment akin to family. This commitment remains at the core of Woody and Yolanda's ethos today.
